Dr. Hakan Şahin completed his undergraduate education in the "Computer Engineering" department at Gebze Technical University. After serving as a CRM project manager in the IT sector for a period, he transitioned to academia after completing a master's degree in "Business Administration" and a PhD in "Islamic Economics and Finance", subsequently holding positions at Istanbul Commerce University and Istanbul Medipol University. With approximately 15 years of experience in the private sector focusing on IT and digital industries, he also possesses 12 years of academic experience. Dr. Şahin, proficient in three foreign languages (English, Spanish, and Arabic) has taught university-level courses in Information Technologies, Business Administration, Economics, Project Management, Customer Relationship Management, Ethics, and the Islamic World. He has been the Head of the Department of Transportation Services at Istanbul Medipol University for 6 years. He has authored 3 original books, translated 6 books, and has numerous academic original and translated articles. For the last 4 years, he has been working as a CRM project manager, IT consultant, and management consultant, focusing on the health sector and health tourism.
